Newsletter for the week of Feb. 22-24

February 22, 2017

Dear Third Grade Parents and Students,

I hope you all enjoyed the extended weekend! Thank you all so much for the prayers, kind words and help with meals. I feel so blessed to be part of this wonderful community!

Reminders:

Native American Project: Students should be working on their visuals and oral reports at home. Last week they brought home their notes and books. The notes will help them gather information for their oral report. Remember that the oral report should include an explanation of the visual and should also include information about their tribe’s food, clothing and shelter. Even if they create something like a totem pole for their visual, they still need to talk about the food, clothing and shelter in their oral report. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Bingo Bash: The BINGO BASH is this Friday from 6:00-8:00pm in the gym! It’s going to be a blast!!
